How the Membership Works
The Empower Her Membership is a guided journey that unfolds in a gentle, intentional rhythm.
You never have to guess where to start or what to do next. Each tier opens after the previous one has had time to settle, integrate, and transform you.
Here is how it works
Step 1: Begin with Tier I — Rebuild Your Foundation
Every woman begins here, because this tier establishes the core of your healing:
body trust
peace with food
nervous system safety
and a renewed sense of identity
It includes three foundational programs, completed in order:
1️⃣ Food Freedom Reset
2️⃣ Nutrition & Food Empowerment
3️⃣ Mindset & Identity
Each program opens for a set number of weeks to give you space to learn, reflect, and apply the work.
Important:
When a new program in Tier I unlocks, your completed lessons from previous programs stay open to you as long as you remain a member.
Once the final Tier I program has opened and its completion timeline has passed, you’ll automatically unlock the first program in Tier II.
Step 2: Continue with Tier II — Deep Emotional & Physical Healing
This tier takes you deeper into emotional restoration, body confidence, and aligned physical wellness.
Tier II includes:
1️⃣ Food Freedom Continues: Body Image & Self-Worth
2️⃣ Emotional Healing & Expression
3️⃣ Joyful Movement
4️⃣ Physical Wellness & Vitality
Just like Tier I, each program unlocks in a steady rhythm that honors integration before progression.
After all Tier II programs have opened and their timelines have passed, Tier III will begin.
All completed lessons from Tier I and Tier II remain open and available.
Step 3: Advance to Tier III — Gut, Nervous System & Detox Transformation
Tier III supports the deeper biological layers of your healing, where emotional health, gut health, and nervous system healing finally meet.
It includes:
1️⃣ Nervous System Regulation
2️⃣ Gut & Digestive Health Transformation — Phase 1
3️⃣ Gut & Digestive Health Transformation — Phase 2
4️⃣ Gut & Digestive Health Transformation- Phase 3
5️⃣ Nature Reset (Detox Reimagined)
Each program continues the same slow, sustainable rhythm.
When Tier III timelines are complete, Tier IV opens.
All completed lessons remain yours as long as you stay subscribed.
Step 4: Step Into Tier IV— Whole Woman Vitality & Lifelong Harmony
Tier IV is where your healing becomes a way of living, with more harmony, clarity, and steadiness in your life, hormones, and rhythms.
Tier IV includes:
1️⃣ Stress Reset
2️⃣ Sleep, Rest, & Nighttime Healing
3️⃣ Hormone Harmony
4️⃣ Restorative Rhythms
…and 10 more empowering modules that support longevity, balance, and renewal.
The first four programs unlock in rhythm, and once you complete Restorative Rhythms, all remaining Tier IV programs unlock so you can choose your next path freely.
Everything you’ve already completed in Tiers I–IV stays open for the lifetime of your membership.
